We are located on a quiet street in the safe, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 min. north of downtown Fort Lauderdale, 10 minutes south of Boca Raton and less than two blocks from one of South Florida's Blue Wave award-winning public beaches. A short walk away you will find dozens of shops, restaurants, nightspots, public fishing pier, snorkel/dive boats, jet ski and boat rentals, beauty salons and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a 5-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout South Florida. Amenities: Studios include fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living areas with king bed and sleeper sofa, paddle fans and large screened-in porches with private bar-b-que. The one bedroom apartment has a queen bed w/ French doors to living room, sleeper sofa, extra large kitchen, hardwood floors, screened porch and BBQ. All cottages feature free local phone service, voice mail and (upon request) fax machine, TV/VCR or DVD, CD/stereo, air conditioning, hand sewn quilts, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryer, beach towels and gear, games, books and popular videos. A sundeck and coin laundry are located on the property. For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed. All Guests must agree to the following: No refund for cancellation. No additional overnight guests or daytime visitors to pool area without prior approval by owner (additional charges may apply). Maintain property and contents in as good a condition as when guest arrived. Contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damaged to property is observed Pay for all damage or theft caused by guest Observe quiet time between 10 p. and 8 a.m so as not to disturb other guests No pets No smoking inside the apartment No illegal activity No guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian One parking space per apartment rented.
