The one bedroom/one bath Condo holds a maximum of 4 people and utilizes 1 King bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. The two bedroom/two bath Condo holds a maximum of 6 people and offers 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Room amenities include in-room internet access, free local calls, in-room washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, DVD, hair dryer and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. Check-In Procedure - Please check-in at our front desk. Registered guests must be 21 years old or older. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of 500.
