This hotel is nestled in the heart of Palm Beach, two blocks to the Atlantic Ocean and two blocks to Worth Avenue Shopping. It is home to the Cafe Boulud and the Frederic Fekkai Salon and Spa. Mahogany woods, silk fabrics, deep- plush bedding, and marble baths are only a few of the exceptional touches to the hotel. The fountain courtyards and lush foliage make the hotel a respite from all others offering intimacy and quiet. Each of the 80 rooms is spacious and airy. Square footage ranges from 400 to 1600 square feet. All studios one- and two-bedroom suites are equipped with honor bar,, wet bar,, refrigerator,, hairdryer,, robes, DVD/CD players, two-line phones, complimentary high-speed and wireless Internet connections, and individual climate control in each room. The second block of rooms was refurbished by the ending of the first quarter in 2007 and is now available. All guest rooms and suites, a total of 80 are to be completely refurbished by December 2007. The swimming pool is closed for renovations until December 2007. This hotel was built in 1926 and remodeled in 2007.
