Valet parking (at a fee) is also available, although our central location in the Art Deco District minimizes the need for a car. The Suites consist of 16 oversized Studio Apartments suitable for one night or extended stays with living room/bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and private bath. Each Suite has been completely restored and contains full amenities including Beautyrest mattresses, air conditioning and heat, satellite television, room safes, irons and ironing boards, and kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators. The Suites are under the same ownership and management of the Richmond Hotel and complete facilities of the hotel are available a short block away. Check-in and check-out will be at the Richmond Hotel, located at 1757 Collins Avenue. The Suites are located on trendy James Avenue, home to the Sanctuary Spa and Casa Tua Restaurant. Lincoln Road shops and restaurants are just one block way. Ocean Drive is within a short walking distance.
