Located on a tropical island 15 miles from downtown Miami, the Sonesta Beach Resort Key Biscayne is located approximately 16 miles from Miami International Airport. Hotel amenities include spa and fitness center with a whirlpool and steam room; access to water sports including wave runners, aqua bikes, sunfish, paddle boats, windsurfers, catamarans, ocean kayaks, Hobie Cats; and a tennis center with nine tennis courts (three of them lighted) and a sport court for basketball, volleyball and mini tennis court. There is also an Olympic size outdoor pool and two whirlpools overlooking the beach and ocean.
